I thought it was good, because I... kind of... learned to pace myself, but I did a bad job of that. I just can't run well. I was good in the beginning (I think it was the 14 or 15 or 16 seconds one, I'm not sure.), but bad towards the end (Like the 8 seconds one).
I thought it was ok. I had a little bit of a hard time towards the end. I don't like to run but I prefer doing this activity rather than say running around the field a couple of times. It seemed somewhat easier for me. -Lauren Paolucci
It was great to learn how to pace myself. For some reason the 10 second one felt like the pace I run the mile in. I dont have a 10 minute mile. I might just be out of shape. Otherwise it was a nice break and it was different.
i likeee running around the neighborrhoods, i think its easier cuz that way you cant see the finsih linee which pushes me harder not knowing how far or close i am from it.
it wasn't bad. i'm not very fond of long distance in general..but actually, it's a lot more fun than running on the track. i'm kind of used to it because it's the path we run in tennis. ^-^
I have been teaching since 1995. I started teaching at Winston Campus Junior High in Palatine. In 2001 I began teaching at Fremd. I am an assistant golf and wrestling coach. I have also coached boys gymnastics and I was a sponsor for Powder Puff Football and Outdoor Adventure Club. I am the 4th child of 5, 3 older sisters and 1 younger brother. I am married and I have two great boys 2 1/2 year old and a 5 week old. Chase and Brody. I love it when I come home and chase yells out "DADDY" and has a big smile on his face and is coming to hug me.

I really liked the activity because it gave students a chance to learn how to pace themselves. I am also happy with everyones effort.

I actually liked the activity. I normally don't like to run but this was perfect for me. I would be fine if we did this again.
I didn't like it because I have trouble running and I could barely breathe in the period after.
Of course, I don't like any running.

It was alright, I liked running through the neighborhood better because the side walk helps me pace my stride.
i didnt really like it. i dont really mind running but this just seemed repetitive and long.
Im not really a runner,
and i didn't even run.
But if i did i wouldn't have liked it.

Runnig was okay. But it was really hot out. It would have been better if it was colder out.

I really enjoy running around the neighborhood but not really anywhere else. It's nice to get off campus.
